Village Hall Events

There are a number of groups and organisations within the parish that organise social events that are mostly centred on the village hall. The groups are listed below with a short description of their activities.

Hall Management Group
As well as the day to day administration of the village hall, they organise dances, whist drives, the hogmanay party and a Burns supper. Ecclesmachan and Threemiletown Mother and Toddlers Group
The mother and toddlers group meet in the village hall on a Wednesday morning from 9:30am - 11:00am. Mums (dads, nannies etc. are welcome too!), babies and toddlers are all welcome to join this small friendly group.

S.W.R.I. - Ecclesmachan Institute.
Meet on the first Thursday of each month from September until June (no meeting in January) in the Ecclesmachan Village Hall at 7:15pm. Visitors and new members are given a very warm welcome. For further information on their meetings

Gala Committee
The Gala Committee organises two important events, the Ecclesmachan and Threemiletown Gala Day, and the annual children's Christmas party (in the village hall). The Gala Day is usually held in June each year and the Christmas party in December. Firm dates will be posted here when they are available.

The Gala Day for 2020 has been cancelled due to the uncertaintly surrounding the Covid-19 situation, the Gala Committee apologise for any inconvenience caused by this decision.
